Response Times
If for some odd and remote reason our systems were to ever go off-line or shut down. You can expect a very rapid response time to correct the problem. There will never be more than a 30 - 60 minute down time from any of our locations.

We constantly monitor our servers in order to better understand how and ensure they are operating optimally. We gain a lot of usefull information from these analytics that we make ready available to our clients at no additioanl cost.
